Women empowerment is essential, and here's why.

Women empowerment’s importance has been explained by a number of people. This has been the center of discussion for many years now. So, have you ever thought, why women empowerment is so important? Why is it a huge conversation even after several years? Well, the answer is that yes! 

Women empowerment is essential for every aspect of life. It is important for the development of nations as well. It is high time that women are considered as strong participants of the nation, as they are. These days, there are many successful and highly educated boss ladies around the globe that are an inspiration to every girl/woman. These ladies have worked so hard to prove a point. That very point is “Women are as brilliant as men when it comes to work”. These brainy, strong women have proved that no matter what field they are in, they can be at the top. 

These women like Michelle Obama(American attorney and author who was the first lady of the United States from 2009 to 2017), Elif Shafak(Award-winning novelist), Tasneem Zehra Husain (Pakistani theoretical physicist and an Assistant Professor of Physics at the Lahore University of Management Sciences) , and many others are proof that women are not any less than men. They are capable of working and being on top of every industry and any field. 

Empowering women means empowering the nation, increasing the brains of the nation, and strengthening the workforce. All of this will result in the betterment of the country. This is why women empowerment is essential. So, instead of discouraging women, support them because they are able to do wonders. I have seen men and even women discouraging other women, and ultimately the discouraged person loose their spark, they give up. So, instead of being one of these people, be a supporter not a hater.
